Welcome to the Kerenza Blanket from Helen Shrimpton of Crystals and Crochet!

Helen says:  "Kerenza is a Cornish girl's name.  It comes from the Cornish word "carenz", which means "loving".  What better way to share you love than making this blanket for yourself or someone special?"

This yarn pack contains 17 balls of Stylecraft Special DK in the following shades and quantities:

• 4 x Violet (1277)
• 3 x Lavender (1188)
• 3 x Parma Violet (1724)
• 2 x Candyfloss (1130)
• 2 x Bright Pink (1435)
• 2 x Lemon (1020)
• 1 x Lincoln (1834)

You will also need a 4mm (US G) crochet hook.  The finished blanket will measure approximately 147cm (58") square, and the yarn pack quantities given are for this size.

Please also note:  Pack quantities are given for the project when worked to the tension stated in the pattern.  If a different hook is used, or your tension differs from the designer's, additional yarn may be required.
