    In a selection of softer shades that match the delicate nature of the yarn, 2ply Lace is another traditional Shetland yarn from Jamieson & Smith. Spun from the finest Real Shetland wool along with Lambswool to make a smoother yarn that tames the Shetland "halo", Shetland Lace is traditionally used in the crafting of haps and scarves but is also perfect for light garments such as shawls, wraps, and summer sweaters. This yarn can be used in vintage patterns which call for "3ply yarns".
