This pack contains the yarn needed to make the Birthday in Malmo Blanket by the fabulous crochet designer Dedri from Lookatwhatimade.net

The original Summer in Swanage blanket was inspired by the beach huts from Dedri's youth (Mossel Bay and Muizenberg, South Africa). This colourway, ‘Birthday in Malmö’, was put together by Tatsiana from Lilla Bjorn Crochet. She took her inspiration from the Baltic Sea.“I chose mute and calm color palette trying to draw the landscape of beach in Malmö with its grey wood and pale green grass. I was drawing the houses and the sea in late August. The time when my birthday is.” - Tatsiana

The pack includes 18 balls of Scheepjes Colour Crafter (100g), a 100% acrylic yarn, in the following shades and quantities:

Plus a printed pattern for the blanket.

You will also need 5.50mm and 6.00mm crochet hooks.

Please note: Pack quantities are given for the project when worked to the tension stated in the pattern.  If a different hook is used, or your tension differs from the designer’s, additional yarn may be required.
