Naturally sustainable and with anti-bacterial properties, Sew Simple's bamboo wadding is made from 100% bamboo fibre with scrim. With a beautiful drape and a luxurious silky feel, this wadding has less than 5% shrinkage.

We do not recommend machine washing your wadding before use. If you wish to avoid the vintage-style puckering of your fabric, you may be able to very gently hand wash your wadding, but please bear in mind that this can stretch out the fibres and cause areas of uneven thickness. Many people prefer the wrinkled look as it gives your project a more antique feel!
