A iron-on adhesive for joining fabric layers for projects like appliqués, handicrafts, or repair work, Vlieseline's Bondaweb is suitable for all fabrics, raffia, wood and, at low temperatues, even leather.

1. Take a reversed tracing or drawing of your motif on the paper side of the Bondaweb and cut out the rough shape.
2. Place the Bondaweb with the rough side on the wrong side of the fabric and iron it on for about 5-10 seconds.
3. Precisely cut out the motif and peel off the transfer paper.
4. Place your motif, coated side facing down, on the selected part of another fabric. Cover with a damp cloth and iron on, working on small sections at a time, for about 10 seconds.
5. Stitch along the edges of your appliqué with a zig-zag stitch; place embroidery backing underneath if necessary.
