Visiting our Showroom

IMPORTANT: In March 2020, our bricks-and-mortar shop/showroom closed to the public due to the Coronavirus outbreak. Unfortunately, due to the split-shift pattern we are now operating (to keep our staff safe), we have not been able to safely re-open the shop. We hope to open again in spring 2021.

Orders may still be placed online for home delivery as usual, and we are currently processing online orders as best we can, but please be aware that there may be a delay in processing your order.

Our showroomWe are based in Leamington Spa in the UK, and our building houses our warehouse and our newly-refurbished showroom!

Although it is not possible for members of the public to browse our warehouse, our showroom is open to the public, and customers can visit to place and/or collect orders.

We have a sample of all of our yarns in our showroom, and a huge selection of books, patterns and accessories for you to browse through during your visit! Due to space limitations, we are not able to display our entire range of products in our showroom. However, our friendly shop team will be happy to bring any of our products down from our warehouse for you to see.

Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to order fabric in our showroom. Fabric orders can be placed with us via our website, or over the telephone.

The area - things to do and places to eat

If you're spending the day in the area when you visit, here are some suggestions of things to do!

  • Leamington Spa town centre is an 8 minute drive from us. There are lots of beautiful shops to visit and the town centre is full of lovely coffee shops and cafes, so you're certain to find a nice place to eat! Many parking places can be found on street or in the designated parking areas.
  • Leamington Spa is home to a wonderful award-winning park called Jephson Gardens, which is definitely a must if you're visiting the town! There’s the duck pond, a free-to-enter glass house with tropical plants, and a great little cafe called The Aviary. There is on-street parking around the park if you're travelling by car.
  • If you're interested in finding out more about Leamington Spa whilst you're in the area, the Royal Pump Rooms and Museum are definitely worth a visit. The museum is free to enter, and there is a visitor centre, art gallery and cafe in the building.
  • The Medieval Warwick Castle is a 15 minute drive from us, and is a great day out! Warwick itself is also worth a visit, as there are lots of lovely shops and a good selection of restaurants to choose from.

.

Alternatively, if you're looking for a place to eat slightly nearer to our premises, here are some of our favourites:

  • The New Inn: This friendly pub does great food, and is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from us.
  • The Newbold Comyn Arms: This pub is a great 'all-rounder', and has a good kids' play area in its garden. It is situated right next to a leisure centre and lovely country park, which features a child-friendly park for all ages. The Newbold Comyn Arms is 30 minute walk from us (through the park) or 7 minute drive.
  • The Drawing Board: This quirky pub does fantastic food and has a huge selection of board games to keep you entertained during your visit! The Drawing Board is 25 minute walk from us (through Jephson Gardens)  or 5 minute drive.

There is also an Asda just round the corner from us (an 11 minute walk or 3 minute drive), which has a cafe, a cash point and a petrol station.

..

We hope to see you soon!
