Product Description

Bernat Crushed Velvet - Potent Purple (16015) - 300g - Product Description

Adding some extra colour to your velvety creations, Bernat's Crushed Velvet is the same silky soft feel and fast-working weight, but now with a gorgeous colour variation that provides even more excellent texture. In a fantastic selection of harmonious mixed hues, Crushed Velvet is perfect for heavier-weight home furnishings or wonderfully warm winter accessories, and knits up quickly for those last minute, luxury gifts. With a smashing 288 metres on every 300g ball, Crushed Velvet is kind to both your skin and your bank balance!

Please note: Crushed Velvet has a different tension depending on the tool being used. Bernat lists the tension as follows:

Knitting: 15 sts by 25 rows using 5mm knitting needles

Crochet: 12 double crochets (UK terms) by 14 rows using a 5.5mm crochet hook

Chenille yarns require a knot be tied at the end of the strand to prevent fraying.
