Delivery Information
We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, however, during busier periods, it can take a couple of days longer. If you require your items urgently, please consider our PRIORITY next-working-day courier option.
Please be aware that all STANDARD orders (both the FREE delivery and paid-for options) are processed in numerical order.

UK Orders
STANDARD Evri UK (tracked): FREE delivery for orders over £30. £2.95 charge for orders under £30.
Evri is not a guaranteed next day service, though most orders do arrive within a couple of days. However, please allow 10 days for delivery. Please be aware that parcels sent to the Highlands, Islands and some remote areas, may take longer to reach you.
For large, heavy or high value orders we reserve the right to upgrade delivery to an insured next-working-day courier service at no extra cost.
STANDARD Royal Mail UK Tracked 24 (tracked): FREE delivery for orders over £30. £3.45 charge for orders under £30.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next day service, though most orders do arrive within a couple of days. However, please allow 10 working days for delivery (this is a time limit imposed by Royal Mail, not ourselves). Please note that these orders can be sent to all postcodes in the UK (which includes Northern Ireland).
For large, heavy or high value orders we reserve the right to upgrade delivery to an insured next-working-day courier service at no extra cost.
PRIORITY DHL Express UK Next Working Day (tracked): £4.75 charge for all orders.
UK mainland only. All orders received before 1:30pm (Monday-Friday) will be despatched the same day, for next working day delivery via DHL Express courier. Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee next day delivery. Whilst we ensure our orders are despatched promptly to the carrier, there may be delays with the courier service that are outside of our control. DHL Express don't count Saturday as a working day, which means that orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, and any orders placed over a weekend will be sent on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Delivery by courier to Scottish Highlands & Islands, and the following postcodes: AB30-38, AB41-56, FK17-99, DG3-9, G63, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE1-3, may take 2-5 working days. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Isle of Man may also take 2-5 working days. Couriers will not deliver to P.O. box addresses.
PRIORITY DPD UK Next Working Day (tracked): £7.95 charge for all orders.
UK mainland only. All orders received before 2pm (Monday-Friday) will be despatched the same day, for next working day delivery via DPD courier. Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee next day delivery. Whilst we ensure our orders are despatched promptly to the carrier, there may be delays with the courier service that are outside of our control. DPD don't count Saturday as a working day, which means that orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, and any orders placed over a weekend will be sent on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

International Orders
Royal Mail International (either untracked or tracked, depending on destination country):
The maximum permitted weight per package is 1.8kg, so if your order weighs more than 1.8kg, you will be charged for two packages. If your order weighs more than 3.6kg, you will be charged for three packages, and so on. We do not make a profit from our postage charges – they simply reflect what Royal Mail charge us. If your order/parcel is over £120.00, it may be split into multiple parcels due to loss/damages. Orders are usually delivered within 7-14 working days, though can sometimes take longer. We ask international customers to wait 6 weeks before we class a parcel as missing, as we have found that parcels are arriving during this timeframe. Regrettably, we have no control over how long the international postal system will take to deliver your order. Please note that untracked Royal Mail International packages do not have tracking numbers.
We are now able to offer a Royal Mail International Tracked service to some international destinations, please check your country below. The delivery timescales remains the same, but you will be supplied with a tracking number to be able to track your parcel.
EVRi International (tracked):
Orders are usually delivered within 5-14 working days, though can sometimes take longer. We ask international customers to wait 6 weeks before we class a parcel as missing, as we have found that parcels are arriving during this timeframe. Regrettably, we have no control over how long the international postal system will take to deliver your order.
Currently only available to the Republic of Ireland and the United States of America.
DHL Express International (tracked):
We are able to offer a tracked DHL Express courier option for certain countries. Orders received before 1:30pm GMT/BST (Monday-Friday) will be despatched the same day. Orders received after this time will be despatched on the next available working day. You will be supplied with a tracking number to follow the progress of your parcel. We charge a delivery price per 1.8kg of parcel weight as the cost varies depending on the weight and dimensions of the parcel. Please note that couriers will not deliver to P.O. box addresses and that collection of courier parcels may be delayed due to UK Bank Holidays.
Please be aware that some rural addresses may be affected by longer delivery times, and orders can be passed onto third party delivery companies, if there is no DHL depot local to the delivery address - we have found that orders affected by this can take upto 2 weeks to be delivered. Please enquire with our customer service team on sales@woolwarehouse.co.uk to see if your area is affected before placing your order.
International Orders – Delivery Schedule
International orders are usually delivered within 10-14 working days, though can sometimes take longer. Regrettably, we have no control over how long the international postal system will take to deliver your order. Please note that there has recently been an increase in customs and security checks for orders arriving by air to the USA and Canada, which means that North American orders are sometimes taking a number of weeks to be delivered.
International Orders – Currency
All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling. When placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, you will be charged in Pounds Sterling, and your credit card company or bank will convert the amount into your local currency (e.g. Euros, Dollars, etc). For an idea of the cost in your local currency, try the XE Currency Converter. (Please be aware that the amount you are charged by your bank or credit card company will not exactly match the amount shown by the converter; use this tool as a guide only.)
International Orders – Import Duties and Taxes
You may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country (as of 1st January 2021, this also applies to EU countries). Any local duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by your government are your responsibility. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. Charges for customs clearance and import duties must be borne by you; we have absolutely no control over these charges and cannot accurately predict what they may be. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order. Please also note, international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
Please note that we only ship orders Monday - Friday. There is no postal pickup on the weekends.
