Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns up to 60 days after receipt. We will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the items are unused, unopened and in a saleable condition. When returning any items back to us, please pack your items in appropriate packaging and, if possible, include your original invoice or your name and address including postcode, along with a note to let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you would like an exchange, please let us know which items you would like to have in place of the items you are sending back.
Please be aware that we do not accept the return of any patterns, leaflets, or books, due to copyright laws. We also cannot accept the return of any ribbons/fabric trims. We can only accept unopened balls of yarn, unwashed and uncut fabric and unopened yarn packs and needlecraft kits that are in a resaleable condition. We do not accept the return of yarn that was purchased as part of a colour pack unless the whole pack is returned unused.

If you have asked for an exchange, we will despatch the replacement items that you have requested as soon as possible (again, providing that the returned items are unused, unopened and in a saleable condition). If there is a difference in payment, we will either refund the difference back to your original payment method or if there is an additional payment that needs to be taken (i.e. if these replacement items are higher in value than the items you have returned), we will contact you by telephone or email to arrange this.
Customers are liable for the costs of returning the goods to us and we advise you to obtain a proof of postage receipt.
Please note: We will not be able to refund any postage costs from the original order.
Faulty/Damaged Items:
If you experience any problems with any of our products, whether faulty or damaged, we will need to be contacted to start the returns process, and we may ask for photos of the items in question as we may need to contact one of our suppliers regarding the issue. Please note, any issues would need to be reported within 3 months of receipt of the order.
Once we have deemed the item/s as faulty, we will either offer you a replacement or a refund and we may need you to return the item/s to us and provide you with a freepost returns address.

Europe and Rest of World:
The return address is the same as above, and you will be liable for the cost of shipping the goods back to us whether they are faulty or not. Please accept our apologies, we do not have a freepost returns address available for international customers. Please ensure the parcel is marked as 'Returned Goods' to prevent any unnecessary charges.
Digital Downloads:
We are unable to accept returns of digital patterns once downloaded unless there is a fault. In the case of a fault with digital pattern downloads, please contact us within 60 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to download the pattern(s) and check for faults within this period. We will not be able to issue a refund after this time.
Legal Bit:
In addition to our own Returns and Refunds Policy: under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days upon receiving any goods to cancel your order. When cancelling an order you can only cancel the entire order, no partial cancellations will be accepted. Where you exercise this statutory right to cancel, we will fully refund the price paid for the goods and the original delivery costs. The refund will be paid to you once we receive the goods in resaleable condition. In all cases of cancellation, the notification to us must be made in writing (e-mail counts as in writing) within 14 calendar days of you receiving the goods and should include the order number and details of the claim. Your email or letter will be deemed to have been received by us on the date you send it. The goods must be sent with their original, undamaged packaging and the original invoice. Please note that if you have purchased digital goods from us such as digital patterns, once you have downloaded those digital goods, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
