The striking Beatrix Blanket designed by Jellina Verhoeff was a MAL project run by Scheepjes in June 2022. The design features damask motifs and rich graduated colour and was inspired by the Beata Beatrix, a painting by Pre-Raphaelite artist Rosetti. It’s the perfect project for intermediate crafters looking to develop or refresh skills in tapestry crochet and experiment with gradient colour effects.

This colourway includes the following shades:

• 3 x Scheepjes Whirl - Green Tea Tipple (754) - 220g
  
• 2 x Scheepjes Whirlette - Chewy (865) - 100g
  
• 1 x Scheepjes Whirlette - Blueberry (854) - 100g
  

Dimensions: 150 x 123cm (59 x 48½”), blocked using 3mm crochet hook, or size needed to obtain gauge.

Please also note: Pack quantities are given for the project when worked to the tension stated in the pattern.  If a different hook is used, or your tension differs from the designer’s, additional yarn may be required.
